The Challenge

Children’s Campus’ existing website was stunting business growth and did not accurately reflect the prestige of their brand. A reputable, rapidly growing organization with three locations (and a fourth one opening soon) in some of the more competitive markets in the local area, Children’s Campus’ number one concern was visibility. Despite a stellar reputation and five-star ratings, Children’s Campus was not being easily found in the search results.

Children’s Campus needed a solution to gain the attention of new families and address key issues including:

  • Difficult to manage the four locations and classes
  • Weak social media presence and content marketing
  • Website not optimized for mobile devices
  • No contact form to capture online leads

The Solution

Children’s Campus wanted a SEO-friendly website that they could feel comfortable driving parents to. TheeDesign worked closely with Children’s Campus from the initial conversation, to website launch, to the continuing ongoing marketing strategy. The unique features and capabilities of the new website, combined with the effort of our Internet Marketing team, led to a huge boost in online contact forms and phone calls.

TheeDesign’s web design and digital marketing expertise enabled Children’s Campus to achieve the following:

  • Central hub connecting the multiple locations
  • Easy to manage and update
  • Enhanced parent-teacher communication
  • Improved process workflow

The Results

This is all great, but how did we make Children’s Campus’ online presence really work for them? After just three months with the new website and our internet marketing services, take a look at the data for yourself:

Impact of TheeDesign’s Web Design & Digital Marketing Efforts for Children’s Campus

  • +128% Sessions (4,906 vs, 11,208)
  • +158% Desktop Sessions (3,086 vs. 7,951)
  • +118% Mobile Sessions (1,247 vs. 2,712)
  • +3371% Sessions via Social (7 vs. 243)

All of this within three months of launching an SEO-friendly website, and TheeDesign working as an extension of the Children’s Campus brand to execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy.

Our new website is much more interactive. Immediately, we saw an increase in traffic to our website as well as increase in email inquiries. We’re ranking on search engines for our main keywords – some on the top page! The TheeDesign team truly listens to our requests, and is on the same page as us with our outlook. We are very pleased with the traffic to our website and TheeDesign’s marketing efforts!

Events Calendar

The event calendar allows the team to create and manage events across the four locations. They can set a date and times, as well as designate a featured image, add more details, and additional info for each event. This allows for greater transparency of monthly activities, and encourages parents to actively participate in the organization.

Contact Forms

A “Contact Children’s Campus” form is located on our Contact Us page, making it easy for prospective parents to inquire about services or set up a tour of the facilities. This enables the website to act as a lead generation tool, turning it into a valuable asset to success.

The “Preschool Application Form” and “Child Care Agreement Form” are also available on the website, saving time and making it easier for parents during the enrollment process.

Blog

The WordPress blogging feature allows teachers and administrators to author articles that share their knowledge, offer valuable advice to parents, and write informational thought leadership pieces. This helps promote Children’s Campus as an authority figure within the child care and development industry.
