Sundance Cleaning – a cleaning company headquartered in Wake Forest and serving the greater Raleigh area – had a problem. With a team full of maids working all over the Triangle, they had a major challenge of tracking where each employee was assigned. The owner used a spreadsheet to maintain the schedule and if there was a change she needed to call each individual to give them an update.
Sundance was also frustrated was the lack of visibility into the profitability of each job. They wanted a tool that would allow them to see how much was spent on labor, materials and fuel in comparison to what they were making on each job.

Our programmers customized our proprietary CRM solution to include an employee scheduling system and tool to track the profitability on each project. Now, all of the employees have access to their schedule, and when there is a change, everyone is notified via email.
