In 2004, Power Home Technologies hired us to create a simple web calendar – before Google’s calendar got really good – and kept asking for more services. Over the past few years, we’ve custom-built TheeSchedule, a complex online system initially combining employee scheduling with customer relationship management (CRM).
Once the client saw how TheeSchedule streamlined operations, they requested we add vehicle reporting and file storage – including training videos – and centralized functions into virtual offices. By eliminating the need for more than one location to staff their critical round-the-clock customer service function, TheeSchedule has saved the client a substantial amount of money. Additional centralized functions include billing, accounts payable/receivable, equipment ordering, and advanced reporting – but, based on our experience, it’s likely we’ll be adding something new any day now!
