Job Summary

Analyzing data, making recommendations on how to increase client website traffic and creating detailed keyword ranking reports is essential to this position. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Webtrends, Clicktracks, Dart for Advertisers and Omniture. You will use this experience to optimize campaign performance and provide feedback to our creative and development team. The primary focus of this position is to increase search engine rankings and online sales or lead generation for our customers.

Required Experience

A minimum of 5 years experience in organic search engine optimization is required. Web design, agency production experience, or a strong direct response/marketing portfolio is preferred.

  • Search Engine Optimization (Organic Search Marketing)
    - Back link strategy and implementation
    - Internal link optimization
    - Key phrase research
    - META Tag optimization
    - Website remediation
  • Able to analyze metric data and convey recommendations to the team
  • Keyword / key phrase research and generation
  • Ability to read & edit HTML, experience with PPC and website analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite with particular emphasis on MS Excel and Word
  • Cooperative team player with ability to work independently
  • Ability to utilize his/her Internet experience to develop and manage all phases of a natural search engine optimization campaign for a newly developed website
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interested in wearing several different hats and being a solid team player
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other popular technologies
  • Webmaster experience is also a plus
